We offer you the opportunity to get an "all inclusive" space for spa treatments, the e[SPA]ce, as described in the drawings and photographs included in this document.
This project is based on the installation of our architectural concept inside a vacant area in your hotel or resort spa, while keeping intact the technical and aesthetics features of your premises.
This concept reduces considerably the time and the inconveniences due to building works.
Our spa treatments' space is "all inclusive" except for the indications mentioned in the Restrictions' chapter (cf. General terms and conditions of sale).
e[SPA]ce is especially designed to meet the widest range of the spa treatments protocols requirements and therefore guaranties their practice and brings the maximum care and services to a clientele aware of its well being.
This concept is also interesting for you in terms of profit margins compared to the surface used.

THE "e[SPA]ce" CONCEPT'S SPECIFICATIONS
The e[SPA]ce is a working area dedicated to the spa treatments. It is an autonomous and a multi sensory space with the ideal size. Its surface of 64 m2 is made of a square measuring 8 meters, subdivided with sliding panels into four spa treatment areas well demarcated and organized. Each of them is specifically equipped in order to compose a complete spa treatments program.STRUCTURE
The foundation of the structure is a platform made of solid wood which raises the ground's level 15 cm up and that is used as the floor's base.
Under this platform are all the electrical and plumbing equipment needed for the e[SPA]ce.
The structure's floors are either made of larch tree or laminated oak. Inside each treatments area is a sensorial coating of 6m2. These are thematic sensorial coatings which simulate water, sand and other natural elements.
A water veil fountain based on a stainless steel frame and Carrare marble pebbles finds place at the end of the corridor facing the e[SPA]ce's entrance door for an evocative scenery.
THE SPACES
The four treatments spaces are specifically dedicated, due to their particular fixtures, to the practice of each of the four treatments stages that form the Rituals (or dedicated treatments) as designed in the e[SPA]ce's use protocols:
e[SPA]ce "Welcome", dedicated to the sensory preliminary treatments and to the treatments that need to be given at ground's level as its equipment include a Tatami mat and a Futon.
For these various specific treatments planned in our protocols, this space is also equipped with storage cabinets designed for all the treatments' products and materials as well as a sink, a tea container and a specific lighting system.
One of this space's sides has a decoration that can be personalized later on.
e[SPA]ce “pure” ", dedicated to the purification treatments (scrub, peeling, algae massages….). It has a white adjustable marble bed with an integrated infrared heating system (with three levels of heat).
It perfectly meets the requirements for the practice of our multiple specific treatments designed in our protocols.
This space is also equipped with storage cabinets designed for all the treatments' products and materials as well as an integrated "stones & products heater", a sink and a specific lighting system.
e[SPA]ce "Water" dedicated to thalassotherapy and balneotherapy treatments. It has a dry floating bed in order to allow the practice of the specific treatments as described in the Rituals' protocols.
This space is also equipped with storage cabinets designed for all the treatments' products and materials as well as an integrated "stones & products heater", a sink and a specific lighting system.
This e[SPA]ce also has a great marine scenery on one of its side and a water sensorial coating, that can be both personalized later on.
In this space, the music and the chromotherapy systems are integrated into the bed in order to provide a polysensory treatment.
These three e[SPA]ce (Welcome, Pure and Water) lead into the shower area. It consists on a big shower cubicle with a coating (that you can choose) and two satin glass doors. It is equipped with a rain shower head, a traditional shower and a sensory lighting system.
e[SPA]ce "Feel", dedicated to individual or couple's massages. It has two adjustable wooden massage's beds that allow the practice of the various specific massages described in our protocols.
It is also equipped with storage cabinets designed for all the treatments' products and materials as well as a sink and two specific lighting systems: one for the massages and the other one for the face and body aesthetic treatments.
We can also provide you with a wide range of decorations and sand coating in order to personalize this space.
The ceiling panel covering the whole structure is made of a fireproofed linen-screen, class 1.
We also have planned wooden grids that can be put into the structure to permit the hot/cold air's emission and extraction. The sliding panels and curtains' systems are part of the whole structure.
The e[SPA]ce's entrance door is 90cm wide. It is made of sanded glass and it has an e[SPA]ce trademark's serigraph.
